Like any other professional, your doctor is entitled to charge a fee for any work that does not fall under the umbrella of the NHS.  This includes private helath care insurance forms, private sick notes, holiday cancellation forms and many others.  Fees start at £50 and increase according to the amount of work involved and/or responsibility taken.  Our fees are advertised by clicking on the link below;
